Believe !

First things first, when you are working towards achieving something..set daily goals that are within your capacity. I know there is a wave of motivation at times and during that time you assign yourself the tasks that you somewhere know are not really going to be completed. And when that wave has passed and you find yourself struggling with all the burden, you start questioning youself and this starts the self-doubt mechanism.

But trust me, try to give yourself small tasks and when you will complete them and tick them off your to-do list for the day..that moment is going to give you such a massive adrenaline rush !

And, please be persistent in whatever you are doing..even if you do it in smaller portions on the days you feel low, but do not abandon it completely.

I read somewhere and it keeps me going, that river cuts through rocks not by its power, but by its persistence…and trust me this is something to live by !
